Job Summary:
An IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in Lake Havasu City. This position involves working in a community hospital that serves as a regional referral center, with a focus on adult and geriatric patient care. The RN will provide specialized nursing care in a fast-paced environment, supporting patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, and other critical health issues.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit)
• Location: Lake Havasu City
• Shift: 3x12-hour shifts (Days) with a weekly guaranteed minimum of 36 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Current State License, 2 Years Recent Acute Experience, and two years of experience in a similar setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, and proficiency in managing patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions.
• Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, including those with cardiac, respiratory, and sepsis-related diagnoses. Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: Must include candidate's full submittal packet, resume, and skills checklist.
• Additional Information: No block schedule requests; orientation is weekly. Unit comprises 30 beds with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:3. Candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility location to be considered.
