Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team in an ICU setting
• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population including cardiac, trauma, and neuro patients
• Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Participate in required holiday coverage, including 2 of 3 designated winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license (or compact license eligibility)
• Active BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
• Active ACLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
• Active PALS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• ICU-specific Skills Checklist required
• 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license address to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred (will be required if assignment is extended)
• Experience in cardiac, trauma, or neuro patient populations
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
