    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – ICU / PCU

    Location

    Odessa, TX | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:00

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care for ICU-level patients within a newly opening PCU environment
    • Support Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, PCU, and/or critical care patient populations
    • Float to MS/Tele, PCU, and critical care units as census requires
    • Maintain patient ratios of 6:1 for MS/Tele and 2:1 for Critical Care
    • Obtain TNCC/TCAR certification within the facility-allotted timeframe if not held at time of start
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in ICU or high-level PCU setting
    • Must be available to start early October
    • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates will not be accepted)
    • Resume required with submission
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • TNCC or TCAR certification (facility may allow start with certification pending)
    • Experience with Cerner electronic health records
    • Background in both PCU and critical care nursing environments
