    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

    Location

    Nampa, ID | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift | 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
    • Manage and titrate vasoactive and sedation drips including Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, Vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, and Diltiazem
    • Care for complex patient populations including heart failure, respiratory failure, sepsis, vented patients, GI bleeds, strokes, TPA administration, post-code patients, pneumonia, and post-surgical cases
    • Independently read and interpret cardiac monitor strips using Spacelabs monitoring system (no telemetry techs on unit)
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 24/7 on-site hospitalists, telehealth intensivists, respiratory therapists, charge nurses, and administrative supervisors
    • Float as needed to Telemetry (target 1:3 ratio) and ICU units at other campuses
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN licensure in good standing
    • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
    • Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
    • Demonstrated ability to titrate critical care drips
    • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with ventilator management, high-flow oxygen therapy, and BiPAP
    • Familiarity with Spacelabs cardiac monitoring systems
    • Experience with stroke protocols and TPA administration
