    Registered Nurse – ICU

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend and Some Holidays Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting across multiple ICU populations
    • Care for patients across a range of acuity levels including ICU, IMC/Progressive, and general care populations
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
    • Float to other units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a high-acuity, fast-paced inpatient environment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
    • BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
    • Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in the applicable specialty
    • Must pass a telemetry competency exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms)
    • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience across multiple ICU specialties such as Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Burn ICU, or Trauma Surgery
    • Familiarity with IMC, Progressive Care, or Step-Down patient populations
