Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical ICU setting during overnight shifts
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care provided
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong critical care background with ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work night shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Open heart or cardiovascular ICU experience
- Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II facility setting
