Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality critical care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong critical care or ICU background
- Ability to work night shift hours
- Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Open heart or cardiovascular surgical experience
- Prior MSICU or similar high-acuity ICU experience
