    Registered Nurse – ICU

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights) | Every Other Weekend | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting across rotating day and night shifts
    • Float between ICU and IMCU as needed based on unit demands
    • Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced cardiac support devices such as IABP and IMPELLA
    • Apply specialized nursing care for post-operative CT surgery patients
    • Participate in weekend rotation every other weekend and fulfill 2 required holiday shifts when working through winter holidays
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • EPIC electronic health record proficiency required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar ICU or critical care setting
    • CT surgery nursing experience and hands-on experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience floating between ICU and IMCU environments
    • Familiarity with high-acuity cardiac and surgical patient populations
