    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – ICU

    Location

    Cambridge, MA | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call time)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting during 12-hour night shifts
    • Float between ICU and IMCU as needed
    • Operate and monitor advanced cardiac devices including IABP and IMPELLA
    • Care for CT surgery patients requiring specialized critical care management
    • Participate in weekend rotation (every other weekend) and fulfill holiday requirements if working through winter holidays (2 holidays required)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • EPIC EMR proficiency required
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU or critical care setting
    • CT surgery experience and hands-on experience with devices such as IABP and IMPELLA required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience floating between ICU and step-down or IMCU environments
    • Familiarity with high-acuity cardiac and surgical patient populations
