Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting during 12-hour night shifts
- Float as needed between the ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC
- Complete a telemetry competency test on the first day of assignment (pass/fail — failure may result in assignment termination)
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
- Minimum of 2–5 years of ICU experience required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Trauma Level I facility preferred; Trauma Level II experience will be considered
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
