Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
- Float as needed between ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
- Current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2–5 years of ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- EPIC electronic health record experience required
- Must pass a telemetry test administered on the first day of assignment (pass/fail; failure may result in assignment termination)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience will be considered
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
