Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $3,391 per week in Madison, WI

Competency in advanced critical care skills including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT/CVVHD, titration of vasoactive and cardiac drips, arterial line management, and care of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction. Float to multiple critical care environments including Neuro ICU, Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic ICU, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery ICU, Medical-Surgical ICU, and Intermediate/Progressive Care units.

Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, 8 or 12-hour shifts available (1900-0730), with every other weekend and some holidays. Block scheduling available to accommodate preferences. 4x12 schedules considered based on candidate preference.

Requirements:

• Wisconsin RN license or compact state RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Minimum 5 years of critical care experience required, with at least 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years
• Previous travel nursing experience required; experience with multiple ICU specialties and patient populations essential
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must successfully pass telemetry examination prior to start date with strict passing criteria
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred
