Mandatory Experience:

• RN ICU
• 1 Years exp
• Shift: Nights (1900-0730) rotating weekends
• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS.
• AHA ACLS and TNCC required.
• PALS preferred.
