Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Deliver high-quality care tailored to the needs of patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate any changes to the care team
• Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and Intensivist to execute patient care plans
• Responsibility for managing and documenting patient data through EPIC
• Respond to Rapid Responses and codes, ensuring critical care support

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in ICU settings is essential
