• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients
• Manage ventilators, chest tubes, and tracheostomies
• Read and interpret cardiac monitoring strips
• Perform proning care and line management
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care plans

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2-3 years of ICU experience
