Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - ICU

• Deliver high-quality intensive care to patients
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as Balloon pumps, CRRT, and ICP monitoring
• Rapidly assess and respond to patient conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Float between departments, including ED and Med Surg, with modified assignments

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - ICU

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at the time of submission
• 2-3 years of ICU experience, CVICU experience preferred
• EMR experience preferred: Cerner
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
