Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Provide high-level critical care nursing in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Utilize and manage specialized equipment including balloon pumps and CRRT
- Deliver care with confidence and efficiency in high-stakes situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across different units such as ED and Med Surg
- Adapt to floating assignments within the hospital network as required
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Active NH or Compact RN license at time of submission
- 2-3 years of ICU experience; CVICU experience highly desirable
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Preferred certifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN
- EMR experience with Cerner preferred but not required
