**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Critical Care RN!**
**Job Description:**
- **Role:** Critical Care RN
- **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM
- **Location:** Progressive Care Unit
**Qualifications:**
- **Certifications Required:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- EKG
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care in a 24/7 Stepdown ICU setting.
- Manage patients on trachs, vents, and drips.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of communication and teamwork.
**Unit Information:**
- **Typical Patient Ratios:** 4-6:1
- **Equipment:** Standard nursing equipment on tele unit
- **EMR System:** EPIC
**Who We're Looking For:**
- Must have:
- 1+ years of critical care experience
- Skills in managing trachs, vents, and drips
- Preferred qualities:
- Team player with a commitment to superior patient care
- Excellent communication skills
