**Job Description:**
- **Position Type:** RN - Stepdown ICU
- **Location:** Progressive Care Unit
- **Address:** 615 S New Ballas Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63141
- **Shift:** Nights - 4x12 (7p-7a)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 48
- **Patient Ratios:** Typical is 4-6:1
- **Required Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, EKG
- **Experience Needed:** 1+ years of Critical Care experience required
- **Unit Type:** 50% Medical / 50% Tele adults only
**Unit Information:**
- **Equipment:** Standard Nursing equipment on Tele unit
- **EMR:** EPIC
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Float Requirements:** As needed/customary - float is required upon request
**Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Proficient in managing Trachs, vents, and drips
- Strong team player with a passion for positive patient outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
**Overview of Responsibilities:**
- Support 24/7 Stepdown ICU needs
- Perform ACLS and EKG interpretation
- Provide care for patients with trachs, vents, and drips
