Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience License: Valid RN license in hand Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Proficiency with EPIC IV start experience Telemetry experience Ventilator management experience Travel nursing experience preferred Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for night shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity. Responsibilities include providing care in Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, and Cardiology/Diagnostics. Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Requirements include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Nurses must be proficient with EPIC. Experience in IV management and telemetry is essential. Ventilator management experience is required. Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred. Interdisciplinary support staff includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. The position involves caring for adult patients with various diagnoses in critical conditions. Candidates must be aware of credentialing processes, including timely completion of requirements. Compliance with all requirements is mandatory to ensure smooth onboarding and assignment.
