Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Rochester, Minnesota.

Day/Night Rotation
Every 3rd weekend
Job Duties:
Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and providing direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care. Develops, implements, evaluates, and communicates individualized nursing care plans while working within professional nursing standards. Provides leadership through mentoring, precepting, quality improvement, and other nursing initiatives. Delegates patient care based on staff skill level, experience, patient acuity, and available resources while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
