Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Nights, guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly).
- Contract Length: Winter staffing assignment (Travelers do not need a separation period from BILH to submit).
- Target Start Date: November 10, 2026 (Strictly enforced start date; will not accept more than one holiday off request).
- Scheduling & Floating: Every other weekend required. Must float as needed to PACU, step-down units, and the ED to care for holding patients. Locals accepted at $10 less than the travel rate.
Key Facility Policies & Testing
- Orientation Testing: Pass/fail ECG/telemetry test and medication test administered on Day One orientation.
- BILH Policy: Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) contractors do not need a separation period to submit to open winter staffing orders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of related ICU experience required. Advanced competencies required include ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition/management, and post-STEMI care (CCRN preferred).
- Licensure: Massachusetts (MA) RN license required (can apply at time of offer for temporary and permanent licensure).
- Certifications: AHA CPR (BLS) and AHA ACLS required.
