Seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for an ICU/Critical Care Float assignment.

Position Highlights:

6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Flexible scheduling with every other weekend required
Must be willing to float
Epic experience
CRRT and Swan-Ganz experience preferred

Key Duties:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Perform nursing skills appropriate to critical care patients
Monitor and respond to changing patient conditions
Document patient care accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide patient education and support discharge planning
Prioritize patient and unit needs while maintaining safe, quality care

Requirements:

2+ years of experience
Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
Strong critical care experience and clinical judgment
Effective communication and documentation skills
