Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand and eligible to work in Oregon
• Compact RN license required at submission
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Epic experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CCRN
• Experience with high-acuity critical care skills, including ventilator management, arterial line management, vasoactive drips, and central line care
• Comfortable working with complex ICU interventions such as CRRT, ECMO, and advanced neuro/cardiac monitoring
• Reliable transportation required for this travel nursing assignment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor and respond to changes in cardiac, respiratory, and neurological status
• Manage ventilated patients, titrate drips, and support complex hemodynamic care
• Perform and assist with advanced critical care interventions, including CRRT and ECMO-related care
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and support safe, evidence-based patient care
• Adapt to unit needs, including occasional floating as appropriate to skill set
• Promote a calm, compassionate, and efficient care environment for patients and families
