- Weekend Coverage: Required, with weekends worked at least every other weekend
- Float Requirement: May float to other units and nearby facilities based on patient care needs

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon or compact license in hand at submission
- Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CCRN certifications
- Strong Epic charting experience required
- Experience with critical care skills such as ventilator management, arterial line management, vasoactive drips, central line care, blood product administration, and continuous sedation
- Comfortable caring for unstable adult critical care patients with a patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2
- Reliable vehicle and flexibility to support floating assignments as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality nursing care for adult ICU patients with complex and evolving needs
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, hemodynamics, and invasive lines while responding promptly to changes in condition
- Manage ventilators, CRRT, ECG monitoring, vasoactive infusions, and other advanced critical care therapies
- Support patients with diagnoses and interventions including ARDS, ECMO, post-neurosurgery care, pulmonary embolism, and multisystem organ dysfunction
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, efficient patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and uphold strong infection prevention and patient safety practices
- Adapt to floating assignments as needed to support unit and facility needs
