Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU, PCU, or high-acuity telemetry experience
• ACLS and BLS required
• Strong cardiac monitoring and critical care assessment skills
• Comfort working with Cerner or a similar electronic health record system
• Ability to safely care for patients across ICU, PCU, and Med/Surg Tele levels of care
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for ICU, PCU, telemetry, and critical care patients
• Monitor patients with complex conditions including cardiac, respiratory, renal, and post-procedural diagnoses
• Manage continuous bedside monitoring, arterial lines, oxygen support, and related critical care therapies
• Administer medications and titrate drips according to protocol and provider orders
• Document accurately in the charting system and maintain clear patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, timely, and effective patient care
• Float to critical care or Med/Surg Tele areas as needed based on census and patient needs
