• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,840 - $1,940
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36 hours

• Weekend/Holiday Expectation: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Virginia RN license pending may be accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• TNCC and CCRN preferred
• Ability to work in a float pool across ICU and intermediate care units
• BSN preferred
• Strong ability to manage ventilated, complex, and high-acuity patients

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for critically ill adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Float to various ICU and intermediate care units as needed, including medical, cardiac, trauma, and neuro critical care areas
• Monitor and manage dysrhythmias, ventilators, sedation, and invasive hemodynamic devices
• Support procedures such as procedural sedation monitoring and advanced line management
• Deliver safe, timely, and compassionate bedside care in a high-acuity environment
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, IV teams, pharmacy, radiology, and other interdisciplinary healthcare partners
• Follow unit policies, float expectations, and holiday/weekend scheduling requirements
