• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, typically 3 shifts per week
• Hours: 36 hours per week, with an option for 48 hours
• Duration: 13-week travel assignment
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,840-$1,940
• Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• Orientation: Included as part of onboarding

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending Virginia license may be accepted with timely issuance before start
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• TNCC and CCRN preferred
• Ability to care for ventilated patients and manage complex critical care needs
• Strong dysrhythmia interpretation and cardiac rhythm management skills
• Ability to work within float pool expectations and adapt to different ICU and intermediate care units
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in multiple ICU and intermediate care settings
• Float as needed across units including Medical ICU, Thoracic Cardiovascular ICU, Coronary Care, Surgical Trauma ICU, Neuro & Neurosurgery ICU, and intermediate care areas
• Monitor and respond to complex patient conditions, including ventilator support and advanced cardiac rhythms
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation, continuous IV sedation, and other critical care therapies as appropriate
• Support patients requiring invasive monitoring and advanced hemodynamic assessment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote safe, efficient patient care
• Follow unit protocols, float policies, and scheduling expectations, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
