Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending New Mexico or compact RN license accepted prior to start
- At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience required; 2 years preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Epic experience preferred for this hospital RN position
- Strong critical care background with comfort managing complex adult ICU patients
- Ability to work night shifts, rotating weekends, and float when needed
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to adult ICU and CCU patients
- Monitor and manage patients with conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, CHF, DKA, GI bleeds, overdose, and post-operative complications
- Care for ventilated patients and support advanced therapies including CRRT
- Administer blood products, titrate vasoactive and cardiac drips, and manage central lines and arterial lines
- Interpret dysrhythmias, ABGs, and other critical data to guide timely interventions
- Support infection prevention, isolation precautions, and high standards of patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
- Adapt quickly to changing patient acuity and assist with floating assignments when required
