Job Opportunity – Home Health Registered Nurse – Iowa
Start Date: July 28, 2026
Location: Plymouth County, Iowa
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shifts, 32-40 hours per week; call rotation one in four nights, weekends, and holidays
Highlights:- Provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes throughout Plymouth County
- Conduct OASIS assessments and develop individualized care plans for in-home patients
- Work with Epic EMR system to document and coordinate patient care
- Flexible scheduling options available with 32-40 hour work week
- Participate in departmental call rotation to ensure continuity of care
- Join an established home health team dedicated to delivering high-quality community-based care
Requirements:- Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments
- Demonstrated proficiency in care planning for in-home patient populations
- Previous experience with Epic EMR is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
