    Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment | Every Other Weekend Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Obtain and record initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
    • Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring clinical intervention.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, measurable plans of care in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
    • Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of clinical findings and patient outcomes, modifying care plans as needed.
    • Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.
    • Perform Point of Care testing procedures and document timely, appropriate interventions.
    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
    • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state RN license.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
    • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification from AHA.
    • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification from AHA.
    • Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Certification.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in an Emergency Department setting with knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population served.
