    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Intermittent weekend coverage | Expected 2 of 3 major upcoming holidays | No on-call requirement

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
    • Maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale competencies throughout assignment
    • Float within the hospital as needed based on census and staffing demands
    • Participate in orientation modules via e-learning as part of onboarding
    • Adhere to facility compliance requirements including background policy and lab completion within 48–72 hours of signing
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid California RN License (required at time of submission)
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
    • ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required at time of submittal
    • Social Security Number and Date of Birth required at time of submittal
    • Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
    • Any candidate who has worked at this facility as a permanent employee must have been separated for at least 6 months
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
    • CPI or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MAB) certification
    • Two supervisor references preferred
