Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment, including management of critically ill and trauma patients
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and respond appropriately to cardiac emergencies
- Administer blood products and IV vasopressors per established protocols
- Care for ventilated patients in coordination with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide intermittent weekend coverage and work 2 of 3 upcoming major holidays as expected
- Float within the hospital to other units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN License (required at time of submission)
- ACLS, BLS, CPI, and PALS certifications required (must be provided at time of submittal)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required; 18 months may be considered for candidates coming from a comparable facility
- Level I or Level II trauma experience required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIHSS certification
- TNCC certification
- 2 supervisor references preferred
