    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced 54-bed Emergency Room averaging approximately 220 patients per day
    • Deliver emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population within a Level 2 Trauma Center
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC
    • Float to other units in rotation with facility staff, in accordance with facility floating policies and Joint Commission standards, based on clinical experience
    • Expect to work some holidays and weekends as part of standard scheduling requirements
    • Complete required orientation and annual competency modules through the Relias/Net Learning portal (non-billable, averaging 4–8 hours)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
    • Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required (pending certifications may be considered)
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required
    • 2-Step PPD and Flu Vaccine required – no exemptions accepted
    • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a high-volume or Level 1/Level 2 Trauma Center environment
    • Strong ability to prioritize and manage care for multiple high-acuity patients simultaneously
    • Familiarity with Relias or Net Learning compliance and education platforms
