    Job Title

    ED RN – Evening Shift (Emergency Room)

    Location

    Coos Bay, OR | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during evening shift hours
    • Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
    • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
    • Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including organization-approved workplace violence training
    Required Qualifications
    • Oregon RN State License required
    • Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience required; recent ER experience is mandatory
    • Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 5 years required
    • AHA BLS certification required
    • AHA ACLS certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
    • AHA PALS or ENPC certification required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire
    • TNCC required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire
    • Organization-approved workplace violence training required or must be completed by the last day of the month following the 90-day grace period
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification or equivalent preferred
    • Experience working in a high-volume or Level II/III emergency department setting
