Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department | Mids 1p–1a

Contract | 13 Weeks | Midshift 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and non-emergent conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the facility's electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department experience
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency environments
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation systems
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in rapidly changing clinical situations
