Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (Nights)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the facility's electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems in an acute care environment
- Strong ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical setting
