    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department serving an average daily census of 130–150 patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
    • Manage patient assignments within a 1:4/5 nurse-to-patient ratio across a 21-room, 31-bed ED
    • Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system
    • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using Cerner
    • Provide weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend rotation (Friday and Saturday nights)
    • Maintain compliance with all required certifications and facility protocols throughout the duration of the contract
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts — must be in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
    • ACLS certification required
    • BLS certification required
    • PALS certification required
    • Copies of all certifications required at time of submission
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
    • First-time travelers with 2–3 years of ED experience and Epic or Cerner background will be considered
    • Experience caring for complex medical patients across all age groups, including neonates and pediatrics
