Schedule: 48 hours per week guaranteed; every other weekend required; 12-hour shifts including 4-hour hospital orientation followed by 8-hour floor shift on day one

Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in Emergency Department setting
- Previous experience in Level 2 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, or high-volume ED required
- Current certifications required before start date: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS
- ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
- Flexibility to work in all sections of the Emergency Department
- Strong teamwork mentality with ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
- Previous HCA experience preferred
