TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Hagerstown, Maryland, 21742!

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Maryland

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Maryland

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Four 12-hour shifts per week with 4:1 patient ratios; 6 weekend shifts per contract; holiday and weekend coverage required; 20 hours of orientation provided

Highlights:
  • Fast-paced Level 2 Trauma Center with high acuity emergency department serving an average of 220 patients daily
  • 54-bed emergency department with combined adult and pediatric patient populations including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
  • EPIC electronic medical record system utilized throughout the facility
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, and social services
  • One-year travel assignment with opportunity for extension after a 90-day separation period
  • STEMI and Stroke Certified Facility with advanced trauma and critical care capabilities
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of emergency department nursing experience required
  • At least 1 year of travel nursing experience in emergency department settings required
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale (pending certifications acceptable at time of submission)
  • EPIC charting system experience required
  • Current 2-step PPD, COVID-19 vaccine, and flu vaccine required with no exemptions
  • Must reside outside 50-mile local radius; local candidates not accepted
  • Proficiency in critical emergency skills including dysrhythmia management, trauma care, procedural sedation, ventilator management, IV vasopressors, blood product administration, and central line care
