Shifts will vary with start times ranging from 5 AM to 11 AM. Critical care skills are vital as the department sees a high volume of patients, averaging 190-200 daily. Collaborative teamwork and a positive attitude are essential within the unit. Familiarity with trauma protocols and pediatrics is preferred.
