Description:
This position involves working in a busy Emergency Room setting.
The candidate should have the ability to manage patients with a variety of conditions including trauma, behavioral health issues, and medical emergencies.
Experience in a teaching facility and previous travel experience is preferred.
Candidates should demonstrate skills in the interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction.
Central line care and continuous IV sedation experience is essential.
Familiarity with IV vasopressors and bi-level positive airway pressure management is required.
The candidate will care for a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
The Emergency Room is a Level 1 Trauma Center and serves as a paramedic receiving facility.
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams is crucial for success in this role.
