Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of strong ER experience, with 4 years being ideal. Current RN licensing is required, along with BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and MOAB/CPI certifications. All certifications must be valid and current at the time of application. Candidates should be prepared for a weekend rotation and holiday rotation as part of the position. A maximum of 5 days of requested time off will be allowed during the assignment, with only one holiday request. We utilize an emergency department with a capacity of 34 beds and operate as a level 2 trauma center. Experience with electronic medical records, particularly Epic, is preferred. Compliance documentation must be provided before the start date. We are not considering first-time travelers for this role. Candidates should possess the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The dress code for the unit is black scrubs.
