Description:
Seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for night shifts.
The position requires strong skills and experience in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
The patient population includes all age ranges from infant to geriatric.
All diagnoses are managed, with a daily patient census averaging 130.
The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:4.
Weekends and holidays are required on a rotating basis.
Floating within the specialty is required.
No pre-scheduled on-call requirements.
Candidates should be prepared for a variety of patient conditions including trauma, respiratory issues, and psychological emergencies.
Charting is done using the Epic system.
Candidates need to demonstrate proficiency in managing emergencies and performing relevant procedures.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.

Compliance with all required certifications and licenses is expected.
