The work environment is modern and equipped for high-quality patient care. The team is experienced, collaborative, and supportive. Leadership emphasizes a focus on high-quality patient care, including specialized geriatric emergency care. Weekend requirements include one weekend shift per contracted week or two weekend shifts every other weekend. One holiday shift must be worked during the contract period. A rotating blocked schedule can be requested. If a fixed block schedule is requested, it must be Thursday/Friday/Saturday, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, or Saturday/Sunday/Monday. On-call shifts are not required but highly recommended. On-call shifts occur between 7P and 7A and can be picked up in 4, 8, 12, or 16-hour blocks. Charting will be done using EPIC.
