**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Triage & Prioritize:** Assess every patient entering the emergency system and prioritize care based on their physical and psycho-social needs.
- **Continuous Assessment:** Develop, implement, and continuously update a personalized plan of care for each patient.
- **Emergency Management:** Recognize changes in patient health status and manage complications following established protocols.
- **Effective Documentation:** Document patient responses and nursing interventions proficiently to ensure high-quality medical care.
- **Health Education:** Provide essential health education to patients and families about treatments and discharge instructions.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- **Licensure:** Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- **Certifications:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NIHSS Certification
