Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Holding Registered Nurse – Ohio
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, 4:1 patient ratio

- ER Holding unit with 32-bed capacity serving all patient age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of nursing experience in ER, ER Holding, or Medical-Surgical/Telemetry

- Epic charting system preferred; trauma level experience valued

Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room, ER Holding, or Medical-Surgical/Telemetry settings
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
- Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
- Required flu vaccination (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required
