  • Work in a high-volume Emergency Department with 48 private rooms, 27 hallway stretchers, 9 Fast Track beds, and 5 behavioral health rooms
  • Patient ratios: 1:4 for general ED, 1:5 for behavioral health, 1:3 for cardiac/trauma patients
  • Utilize Meditech EMR and state-of-the-art equipment including Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 Rapid infusers, and Stryker stretchers
  • Diverse case mix including trauma, cardiac monitoring, behavioral health, airway support, central lines, and resuscitation
  • Collaborative team environment with charge nurses, PCTs, paramedics, and LVNs supporting each shift
  • Active unit-based council and social committee fostering team engagement
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Texas
  • ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
  • Meditech experience preferred
  • Trauma and inpatient holding experience preferred
  • CPI certification is a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities and self-starter mentality
