Occasional daytime shifts from 3 PM to 3 AM may be required. Up to every other weekend and holiday coverage is expected. No on-call duty required. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience are preferred. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS. Experience with Epic charting system is necessary. The department cares for all ages, including special populations like cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health. The facility includes a cath lab, women's health, and stroke care programs. Experience in trauma, LTAC, and community hospital settings is preferred. Patient ratios are typically 4:1 during all shifts. Floating between different campuses may be required as needed. All RNs must pass a compliance EKG exam within two attempts. Modules are required and will be completed during orientation.
