A background in addressing various emergency conditions is essential. Skills sought include management of ventilators, intubation, and IV administration. The candidate must be comfortable managing a wide range of emergency situations. A focus on both adult and pediatric care is necessary. Experience in a Level I or II trauma center is preferred. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. References from previous supervisory roles are required. Candidates should have a record of successful interactions with interdisciplinary teams. Compliance with health and safety protocols is mandatory.
